Environmental Educator

April works as a writer and storylistener, who previously served many families as a birth doula. With a Master’s Degree in Environmental Education, she has a love of nature and the stories held in places. Her research focus was an ecofeminist and decolonizing approach to gathering stories of women’s lived experiences.

April’s interests include: culture, ceremony, books and plants. A mother and activist, she is passionate about holding equitable space for emergent conversations through a restorative justice praxis.
