Graeme Mitchell is an innovative educator and researcher, recognized for his dedication to environmental and social change. Graeme co-founded the Institute for Global Solutions program and serves as an associate faculty member in the School of Education & Technology at Royal Roads University.

In 2018, Mitchell earned his Doctorate of Social Sciences from RRU. His research, supported by a SSHRC Doctoral Fellowship, investigates how classroom interactions can motivate students to develop practical solutions aimed at creating a more resilient and equitable future.
