Kii’am goot One Heart our collective journey towards change
Using a decolonizing approach, Marcia draws from her ancestral teachings and experiences to illuminate critical understandings for working with Indigenous Peoples for meaningful and lasting change. Specifically designed to support the work to advance Reconciliation, Decolonization and the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Marcia shares stories to build an understanding about a framework she developed called Kii’am goot, the Four Indigenous Conditions for Systems Change, why this framework is needed, and how using this framework will cultivate and transform your relationships with Indigenous Peoples, strengthen allyship, and breathe life into Reconciliation.
